QTI Design anounces a new FEA capabilitity. We have the ability and software to complete board level analysis down to each IC. ANSYS Iceboard direclty imports all the data from your ECAD tool including component data, traces, power and ground planes, and vias to automatically create a three-dimensional board model. This can then be combined with a component database and CFD analysis of the air flows to desplay a fully funcional design before prototyping. Contact QTI Design for more informaiton.
