“QTI Design & Prototype”

QTI Design & Prototype, a division of Quality Tool, provides innovative solutions for mechanical design and development.  They specialize in design for manufacturability (DFM) for sheet metal components, enclosures, and chassis, and plastic component design and prototyping.  They also have resources for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for thermal, fluid flow, or stress/strain analysis to further improve the design.

They are attached to a 40,000 sq.ft. facility and can provide quick-turn prototypes, manufactured on production equipment to confirm the design feasibility and to keep the development cycle moving forward. Their efforts have proven to save their clients time and money, and their service level has created strategic partnerships with companies for design and development.

Come learn about design for manufacturability/assembly, lean manufacturing, quick-turn prototyping and more.

Location: QTI Design & Prototype, 1220 Energy Park Drive, St. Paul, MN 55108
